Return and Refund Policy

At AAABeautyLLC.com, operated by AAA Beauty LLC, we want customers to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return and Refund Policy explains our return requirements, refund process, shipping-related claims, and procedures for resolving order concerns.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

Before sending an item back, please contact AAA Beauty LLC with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not return an item without first receiving return instructions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a discretionary return, an item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Unsprayed

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition in which it was received

Opened, sprayed, tested, used, altered, or damaged fragrance products are not eligible for a discretionary return unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Fragrances, cosmetics, skincare products, and other personal-use products cannot be returned after opening or use for reasons such as personal preference, scent preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong product.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, contact us and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs of the product and packaging when requested

After reviewing the request, we will provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns due to a change of mind, an unwanted item, an ordering mistake, or another reason not caused by AAA Beauty LLC, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For eligible returns within the United States, we may provide a prepaid return label for a $5.95 USD fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, gift-wrap charges, and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by AAA Beauty LLC or applicable law requires otherwise.

Inspection and Refund Processing

Returned items are inspected after delivery to our facility.

If the return is approved, the eligible refund amount will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Additional time may be required for the customer’s financial institution to post the credit.

A refund may be reduced or denied if the returned item is opened, used, sprayed, altered, damaged, missing original packaging, or otherwise returned in a condition that does not meet this policy.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact AAA Beauty LLC within 3 business days after delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photograph of the shipping box

  • A photograph of the shipping label

  • Photographs of the packaging materials

  • Photographs of the item or items received

Please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and products until the review is complete.

After reviewing the information, AAA Beauty LLC may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return authorization, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Accurate Shipping Address Required

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please carefully review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting an order.

AAA Beauty LLC is not responsible for delivery delays, returned packages, or delivery failures caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If an address correction is needed, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to assist before shipment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted or transferred to the shipping carrier.

Delivered but Missing Packages

An order is considered delivered when the shipping carrier’s tracking information confirms delivery to the shipping address submitted during checkout.

If the tracking information shows that a package was delivered but the package cannot be located, please:

  1. Check the mailbox, porch, side entrance, garage, building entrance, mailroom, parcel locker, and other delivery areas.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or front-desk personnel whether they accepted the package.

  3. Review the carrier tracking details and any available delivery photograph.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

  5. Contact AAA Beauty LLC promptly so that we can review the shipment details and assist with an appropriate carrier investigation.

Carrier-confirmed delivery does not prevent us from reviewing a legitimate concern individually. Customers should allow a reasonable amount of time for the carrier investigation process.

Undelivered, Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to AAA Beauty LLC because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or another issue outside our control, we will review the order after the merchandise is returned and inspected.

The customer may request reshipment, subject to applicable shipping charges.

If a refund is approved, original shipping costs, carrier return charges, and other applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Canceled Orders

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist before shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted, processed, or transferred to the shipping carrier.

If the order has already shipped, the customer must follow the applicable return procedures after delivery.

Shipping Information

Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping availability, rates, taxes, and fees are displayed during checkout before an order is submitted.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly stated.
