AAA Beauty LLC is committed to shipping orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery estimates, address requirements, and the steps customers should take if a shipment is delayed, returned, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States and eligible U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed during checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and available carrier services.

Free Standard Shipping — Contiguous United States

We offer free standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States. The contiguous United States includes the 48 connected states and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Additional shipping charges may apply to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers and shipping services, including:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Amazon Shipping

  • Other qualified delivery partners when appropriate

The carrier and shipping service used for an order may vary based on the destination, package weight, delivery timeframe, and service availability.

Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Standard shipping orders within the contiguous United States are generally estimated to arrive within 5–8 business days after the order is placed.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and eligible U.S. territories may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates for available services will be shown during checkout when applicable.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly stated. Carrier delays may occasionally occur because of weather, transportation disruptions, high-volume shipping periods, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Accurate Shipping Address Required

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please carefully review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting an order.

AAA Beauty LLC is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, returned packages, or losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to assist before the order ships, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been submitted or transferred to the carrier.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. It may take time for the carrier’s website to display the first scan or update the package status after shipment.

Carrier-Confirmed Delivery

An order is considered delivered when the shipping carrier’s tracking information confirms delivery to the shipping address submitted during checkout.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check the mailbox, porch, side door, garage, building entrance, mailroom, parcel locker, and other delivery areas.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or front-desk personnel whether they accepted the package.

  3. Review the tracking details and any available delivery photograph.

  4. Contact the carrier for additional delivery information.

  5. Contact AAA Beauty LLC promptly so that we can review the shipment details and assist with an appropriate carrier investigation.

A carrier-confirmed delivery does not prevent us from reviewing a legitimate concern individually. Customers should allow a reasonable amount of time for the carrier investigation process.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order has shipped. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears to be delayed, contact us so that we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step.

Depending on the circumstances, we may ask the customer to allow additional time for delivery or cooperate with a carrier investigation before a replacement or refund decision is made.

Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to AAA Beauty LLC because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve the package, or another issue outside our control, we will review the order after the merchandise is returned and inspected.

The customer may request reshipment, subject to any applicable shipping charges. If a refund is approved, original shipping costs and carrier return charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Shipments

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 3 business days after delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photograph of the shipping box

  • A photograph of the shipping label

  • Photographs of the packaging materials

  • Photographs of the item or items received

Please keep the shipping box, packaging materials, and products until the review is complete. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, return instructions, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Taxes and Shipping Charges

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and fees will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Payment Disputes

Please contact AAA Beauty LLC directly if you have a concern involving delivery, tracking, a missing package, a damaged shipment, or an incorrect order. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Customers are encouraged to allow us an opportunity to review the issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Contacting us first does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

When responding to a payment dispute, AAA Beauty LLC may provide relevant transaction records to the payment processor, card network, or issuing bank, including the order confirmation, itemized receipt, billing and shipping information, carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, customer communications, fraud-screening results, and the policies applicable when the order was placed.
